Financial crime can be committed by anyone in an organisation, who is motivated by some need or desire, prepared to rationalise their actions, and thinks they won’t get caught. It can also be committed by external sources through malware attacks, therefore having an understanding of this area is crucial for protecting your organisation.

The content is very relevant to the work professionals are required to deliver. We can only be better as we pursue these courses.

  2. Delilah Thobias

    Well presented

  3. Joanne Clough

This course was a good reminder of old risks to be prepared for and what to look out for in a rapidly changing landscape of threats. IT is easy to become complacent and think it won’t happen where you are working.

  11. Karen Johnston

Great training very well structured and provides excellent knowledge

  12. Katherine Andersen

Useful as a refresher. Pretty high level. Found the references to cash based fraud a bit outdated given reducing use of cash.

  18. Georgina Huguenet

There is a lot of very useful information in this course. However, it is in desperate need of proof reading as there are several mistakes in the text that make some parts difficult to follow.

  19. Phil Lomax

Like some of the recommendations, the course is up to date as far as I can see. Thanks

  24. Doreen Cleave

Our organisation requires training of staff to identify bribery, fraud and corruption – this was too sophisticated, but I will be able to use some ideas

  25. Christine Landers

The videos were good. I think being able to listen to someone reading the course notes would have been beneficial to me.

  26. France Ng

  27. Finbarr Ronayne

  28. Frances Coffey

Overall the content was very good but the text would benefit from more proof reading and some of the questions were not clear. If 67% if respondents get the wrong answer after reading the material you have to think there is a problem with the question.

  29. Peter Alexander

    Both Finance and IT aspects
