Rosa Maria Williams –
This was an informative course on the changes to Data Protection particularly issues of consent and cookies. It was interesting that the EU GDPR was used by many countries as a model.
Joanne Clough –
This was a good introduction for a person who doesn’t directly deal in this area. Disagreed with some of the quiz answers though! especially about employees using personal computers for work purposes
Christine Woodrow –
I’d like some explanation for the answers given. I don’t understand why there are not dp security reasons if staff are allowed to bring their own devices to work. I would have thought putting personal data on your own devices is a risk. As is having paper copies that can be copied to work on at home and can be left on the train.
Emma Quinn –
Interesting course, I think some overlap between this course and the cyber security risk management course but has encouraged me to review my own and clients data protection policies.

Would be great if there was a listing of references for future consideration and more background on the presenter. Good overview of key themes across the world. More case studies would be good.

Great, great course! I wish though that it would have included useful resources such as links to webpages for local legislations or books….
