This course will enable you to

  • Design a people-first AI adoption strategy, including guidelines for acceptable use and managing risk
  • Implement techniques to encourage people to participate in AI preparation
  • Identify the skills and attributes required for working well with AI
  • Create opportunities for continuous learning and sharing AI successes and failures
  • Employ tactics that create a psychologically safe environment where people feel able to experiment with AI

About the course

Successful AI adoption depends on more than choosing the right tools. The people who will use AI, or whose roles and workflows will change as a result, need to be at the heart of your preparations. That means understanding different reactions to change, addressing concerns and building the skills, confidence and mindset people need to experiment with AI and use it effectively. This course looks at AI adoption from a people perspective. You’ll explore how to engage people with change, build AI fluency across your organisation and create a culture of continuous learning where teams can experiment and share both successes and failures. You’ll also consider how psychological safety can encourage participation and how clear guidelines for acceptable AI use can help manage risk.

You’ll come away with practical strategies for getting people involved in AI adoption and creating an environment where they can learn, adapt and contribute. Build an approach that balances experimentation with appropriate controls, helping your organisation get more from AI as the technology continues to evolve.
