  • Create an implementation roadmap

About the course

Introducing AI into your organisation can feel like a mammoth task. There are so many voices saying different things – “AI will completely change your workplace”, or “AI is more effort than it’s worth” – that it can be hard to know where the truth lies, and how AI might help your team work better.

This course looks at how you can methodically and gradually begin using AI to make your processes more efficient. You’ll explore an AI readiness framework covering strategy, process maturity, data readiness, skills and capabilities, technical infrastructure, and governance and risk management. You’ll also learn how to identify useful KPIs and metrics to measure the impact, efficiency and value of AI, before using these insights to build a practical implementation roadmap.

By completing this course, you’ll be better equipped to advise business leaders on how to plan for and implement AI. It’s a significant undertaking that needs to be approached with care, ensuring that opportunities are properly assessed, results are measured and AI delivers genuine improvements rather than change for change’s sake.
