Good introduction to project financial management. Nice combination of videos, articles and scenarios to review as part of the learning. Some written interaction is required in scenario discussions to ‘test your understanding’. If you don’t skip through these, you can see what previous participants have contributed which is always helpful to see how other professionals approach and solve problems.
