About the course
Keeping up with tax and superannuation developments can be challenging. When significant changes are announced, it’s important to understand what they mean and be able to provide confident, up-to-date advice. This course brings together the key tax and superannuation developments for 2026–27, helping you stay informed about the changes affecting businesses and individuals across Australia.
We look at the major tax announcements from the Federal Budget, including reforms to capital gains tax and negative gearing, alongside key measures from the state and territory budgets. You’ll also explore the latest superannuation developments, including Division 296 and compliance requirements, as well as international tax issues such as Pillar Two, the foreign resident capital gains tax regime and changes to Australia’s foreign investment framework.
