The advice in the course was very clear and very useable. I disagreed with some of the quiz questions (I knew what answer was wanted but didn’t select for that reason) for example, sometime time is the constant and price may be variable. However, I will refer to the materials when preparing for my next negotiation.

  7. Donna Mitchell

Better than I expected – the only thing I would ask is that somehow a group is created so that we can each practice the negotiation skills together, would have been good to have a study group of people doing the course at around the same time to facilitate this.

Thoroughly enjoyed this course , It was very well presented and laid out and made reading easy . Little do we realise that we make deals everyday in our day to day contact with people because we trade something for something else without even knowing it — going to the greengrocer and saying if I buy 20 oranges instead of 5 , can I get a lower price. This course has taught me the simple yet powerful rules of the negotiation process and it is very, very relevant in my current role.
