This Prize Draw is open to all current AccountingCPD licence holders worldwide, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. International entrants are welcome to participate.
The following persons are NOT eligible to enter:
- Employees of Nelsoncroom Ltd (trading as AccountingCPD), their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this Prize Draw
- Immediate family is defined as: spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, or grandchild
By entering this Prize Draw, entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize they may win.
The Promoter reserves the right to require entrants to prove they are eligible and may refuse to award prizes or withdraw prize entitlement if proof of eligibility is not provided to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction.
The Prize Draw opens at 00:01 GMT on 1st January 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31st January 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
All entries must be received within the Promotion Period. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
To enter this Prize Draw, eligible participants must:
- Complete the designated survey in full; AND
- Upload a valid AccountingCPD learning certificate
Each valid learning certificate submitted counts as one (1) entry into the Prize Draw.
Certificate Requirements:
- The certificate must be an official AccountingCPD learning certificate
- The certificate completion date must fall within January 2026 (1st January – 31st January 2026)
- The course may have been started prior to January 2026, but the certificate must be dated within January 2026
There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may submit, provided each entry is accompanied by a unique, valid certificate as described above.
No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw. Entry is free for all existing AccountingCPD licence holders who meet the eligibility criteria.
All entries will be manually verified by the Promoter.
The following will result in disqualification without notification to the entrant:
- Duplicate certificates (the same certificate submitted more than once)
- Invalid or illegible certificates
- Certificates with completion dates outside January 2026
- Fraudulent, altered, or falsified certificates
- Incomplete survey submissions
- Entries from ineligible persons
The Promoter’s decision regarding entry validity is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
There are ten (10) prizes available in this Prize Draw:
- 1st Prize: Monaco Grand Prix Experience for 2 (excludes travel) – £1,500
- 2nd–4th Prize: Annual AccountingCPD Licence – £870 each
- 5th Prize: Remarkable Pro – £559
- 6th–8th Prize: Annual Update Programme (AUP) – £480 each
- 9th Prize: Harrods Hamper – £200
- 10th Prize: Fortnum & Mason Hamper – £150
Monaco Grand Prix Experience for 2 – Additional Terms:
- The prize includes entry tickets to the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix for two (2) persons
- Travel to and from Monaco is NOT included and is the sole responsibility of the winner
- The winner is solely responsible for arranging and paying for all travel to and from Monaco, accommodation, travel insurance, visa fees, spending money, meals, and any other personal expenses or requirements
- The winner must obtain appropriate travel insurance at their own expense prior to travel
- The winner is responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documentation (passport, visas if applicable)
- If the winner resides in a location from which travel to Monaco would be impractical or unreasonably difficult, the winner may request an alternative experience destination. The alternative experience will be arranged directly with AccountingCPD customer service and shall not exceed a maximum value of £1,500
- The specific dates will be subject to Formula 1 Grand Prix scheduling
Monaco Trip – Event Cancellation:
- In the event that the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix is cancelled, postponed to a date unsuitable for the winner, or otherwise unavailable, the winner may instead choose any TWO (2) prizes from the remaining prize pool (2nd–10th prizes)
- This alternative is only available in the event of F1 cancellation or unavailability; it does not apply if the winner simply chooses not to attend
Prize Conditions:
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
- No cash alternative will be offered for any prize
- Prizes cannot be replaced with their monetary value
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control
Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place during the second week of February 2026. The exact date will be confirmed and communicated to all entrants in advance.
All entrants will be invited to view the draw via live stream. Details of how to access the live stream will be provided prior to the draw date.
The random selection will be conducted independently and fairly, with each valid entry having an equal chance of being selected.
The first entry drawn will receive the 1st Prize, the second entry drawn will receive the 2nd Prize, and so on until all ten (10) prizes have been allocated.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
The Promoter will make a maximum of three (3) contact attempts via each of the following channels:
- Email (3 attempts)
- Telephone (3 attempts)
- Text message/SMS (3 attempts)
All contact attempts will be made within one (1) week of the original draw date.
If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within one (1) week of the final contact attempt, that winner will forfeit their prize and a replacement winner will be drawn from the remaining valid entries.
The Promoter is not responsible for any failure to contact a winner due to inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated contact information provided by the entrant.
Prizes will be delivered or made available within a reasonable timeframe following winner confirmation.
For physical prizes, delivery will be to the address provided by the winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring this address is accurate and complete.
The Promoter is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
For the Monaco Grand Prix Experience prize, specific arrangements will be coordinated directly between the winner and AccountingCPD customer service.
By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree that the Promoter may use their name and general location (city/country) for promotional purposes related to this Prize Draw without additional compensation.
Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity activities.
If a winner does not wish to participate in publicity activities, they should notify the Promoter in writing at the time of prize acceptance. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests where possible.
The Promoter will process personal data provided by entrants in accordance with:
- The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
- The Data Protection Act 2018
- AccountingCPD’s Privacy Policy, available at https://accountingcpd.com/privacy-policy-2/
Personal data collected as part of this Prize Draw will be used for:
- Administering the Prize Draw
- Contacting winners
- Delivering prizes
- Internal analysis and market research purposes as outlined in the survey
By entering this Prize Draw and completing the survey, entrants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes stated above.

AccountingCPD’s General Terms & Conditions also apply to this Prize Draw.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, and distributors:
- Exclude liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or in connection with this Prize Draw or any prize awarded
- Exclude liability for any technical failures, lost entries, or entries not received for any reason
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law
The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from prize acceptance. Winners are advised to seek independent financial advice regarding any tax liabilities.
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Verify the eligibility of entrants
- Disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions
- Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a manner the Promoter reasonably considers to be fraudulent or disruptive
- Cancel, amend, or extend this Prize Draw if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control
If this Prize Draw is cancelled or amended, the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify all entrants via the AccountingCPD website and/or email.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or extreme weather
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government action
- Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergency
- Technical failures, power outages, or telecommunications failures
- Industrial action or labour disputes
In such circumstances, the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable or to offer suitable alternative arrangements.
By entering this Prize Draw, each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Promoter, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in connection with:
- The entrant’s participation in this Prize Draw
- The entrant’s acceptance, possession, or use of any prize
- Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the entrant
- Any negligent or wrongful act or omission by the entrant
This indemnification obligation shall survive the conclusion of this Prize Draw.
As a condition of accepting any prize, each winner agrees to sign a release and waiver form provided by the Promoter, releasing the Promoter from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising from or in connection with:
- Participation in this Prize Draw
- Acceptance, possession, or use of the prize
- Any travel, activities, or experiences associated with the prize
- Any personal injury, property damage, or loss of any kind
Winner’s Responsibilities (Monaco Trip):
The winner of the Monaco Grand Prix Experience prize acknowledges and accepts sole responsibility for:
- Arranging and paying for all travel to and from Monaco
- Obtaining appropriate travel insurance (mandatory)
- Ensuring valid passports, visas, and travel documentation
- All personal expenses including meals, transportation within Monaco, spending money, and incidentals
- Any health, safety, or personal requirements
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their home country and Monaco
The Promoter shall have no liability for any costs, losses, or damages arising from the winner’s failure to fulfil any of the responsibilities set out above.
Failure to sign the required release and waiver form within fourteen (14) days of being requested to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a replacement winner will be drawn.
By entering this Prize Draw, entrants acknowledge and agree that:
- The Promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of this Prize Draw are final and binding
- Entrants waive any right to challenge, dispute, or seek legal remedy in relation to any decision made by the Promoter regarding entry validity, winner selection, prize allocation, or any other aspect of this Prize Draw
- The Promoter is not obligated to provide explanations, justifications, or commentary regarding any decisions related to this Prize Draw
The Promoter will endeavour to address any concerns raised by entrants in good faith. However, the Promoter is under no legal obligation to:
- Provide answers or commentary on the Prize Draw campaign
- Provide additional compensation or remedies based on any circumstances not explicitly described in these Terms and Conditions
- Enter into correspondence regarding individual entry decisions or prize allocations
Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and the Promoter in relation to this Prize Draw.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder, which shall continue in full force and effect.
The Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By entering this Prize Draw, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including the indemnification, release, waiver, and dispute resolution provisions, and by any decisions of the Promoter, which are final.
